Service Fees
At Wildflower Pediatric Psychology, we believe in transparent, high-quality and individualized care with no hidden costs.
Our services are designed to be short-term and time-efficient, ensuring families receive expert guidance while minimizing wait times and unnecessary expenses.

Assessment Fees
The specific cost of an evaluation depends on a number of factors such as:
A child's developmental and language level, with older children and those with fluent speech generally involving greater diagnostic complexity.
The number of appointments needed. Some young children or those with very clear diagnostic presentations may require only one direct assessment/observation appointment, while older children with more complex presentations may require up to 3 direct observation/assessment sessions.
Diagnostic Evaluation
Starting at $1,870 - up to $2,960.
Functional Behavior Assessments
(FBA)
Starting at $1,620 - up to $3,600.
Intervention Services
Unlike evaluations, intervention services are billed hourly for flexibility and customization.
Behavior Intervention Support
$175 per hour
Typically completed within 4 - 8 weeks of once or twice weekly appointments.
If services are requested to continue after 16 hours of direct service (for example: twice weekly sessions for 8 weeks), in addition to the hourly rate, there is a flat fee of $150. This fee helps cover indirect costs related to a more extended Behavior Intervention Support service. If services are continued after another 16 hours of direct service, a second flat fee of $150 is charged.
Behavioral Pediatrics
$120 annual fee
Annual fee billed at $10/month for ongoing access to services, per family (each family only charged once, regardless of number of siblings participating).
$150 per hour for scheduled appointments.
Well-child behavioral checkups available every 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, per client preference and needs.
Unlimited, complementary secure portal messaging for brief questions/concerns.
Short-Term Psychotherapy
$175 per hour
Typically 8-16 weeks of once/week sessions.
Planning for maintenance and generalization is a core component of short-term therapy services, including coordinating care with other community providers as appropriate.
Even after short-term therapy services have ended, Dr. Graber actively supports continuity of care for the next several months, such as through brief consultations with other providers as needed. In most cases, these additional efforts are provided free of charge.
Professional Consultation
Fees depend on the type and duration of service (e.g., invited talks, multi-day training, intensive support).
Rates are consistent with our other hourly-based services.

Insurance & Payment Options
Insurance Credentialing (Coming Soon)
We are actively working on credentialing with select major insurance providers. However, we are not currently in-network with any insurance plans.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement (Mentaya)
To help families maximize insurance reimbursement, we’ve partnered with Mentaya, a service that handles out-of-network claims for you.
How It Works:
Mentaya submits and follows up on your claims for you, increasing your chances of reimbursement.
Clients receive, on average, 62% of their money back from insurance when using Mentaya.
No cost to you – We take the extra step to cover the Mentaya service fee for all private-pay clients, so that there is no cost to the client for using Mentaya’s services.
Note: Wildflower Pediatric Psychology does not receive any financial benefit for partnering with Mentaya; this is truly just an additional way to support families with the costs of services.
