Service Fees
At Wildflower Pediatric Psychology, we believe in transparent, high-quality and individualized care with no hidden costs.
Our services are designed to be short-term and time-efficient, ensuring families receive expert guidance while minimizing wait times and unnecessary expenses.

Evaluation Fees
The specific cost of a diagnostic evaluation depends on a number of factors, such as:
A child's developmental and language level, with older children and those with fluent speech often involving greater diagnostic complexity.
The number of appointments needed. Some young children or those with very clear diagnostic presentations may require only 1 direct assessment/observation appointment, while older children with more complex presentations may require up to 3 direct observation/assessment sessions.
The specific cost of an FBA depends on a number of factors, such as:
A child's age. Younger children have shorter learning histories, and thus an FBA is often a shorter, simpler process for an earlier learner, who has been exhibiting the behavioral concern for a shorter period of time.
The complexity of the concern and number of appointments. For example, a child with 1 specific concern in 1 specific setting (e.g., biting peers at school, or refusing to bathe at home) likely needs fewer appointments than a child with several different concerns, occurring in various ways across settings (e.g., aggression at school, self-injury on the bus, and risky online behavior at home).

Insurance & Payment Options
Insurance Credentialing - We are actively working on credentialing with select major insurance providers. However, we are not currently in-network with any insurance plans.
Extensive Support with Out-of-Network Reimbursement (Mentaya)
To help families maximize insurance reimbursement, we’ve partnered with Mentaya, a service that handles out-of-network claims for you.
How It Works:
Free, instant benefits checker linked below, to determine if Mentaya may be applicable for you.
Mentaya submits and follows up on your claims for you, greatly reducing your effort and increasing your chances of reimbursement.
Clients receive, on average, 62% of their money back from insurance when using Mentaya.
No cost to you – We take the extra step to cover the Mentaya service fees for all private-pay clients, so that there is no cost for using Mentaya’s services.
Note: Wildflower Pediatric Psychology does not receive any financial benefit for partnering with Mentaya; this is truly just an additional way to support families with the costs of services.
What to Expect with Pricing
Good Faith Estimates: At the start of any service, families receive a cost estimate. The final cost for the service will never exceed the cost estimate by more than $350.
In most cases, the cost estimate will be exactly the same as the final cost.
Transparent Pricing: All rates are discussed upfront, with no surprise charges.
In the unlikely event that there is a service adjustment recommended which would increase the final cost, this is discussed in detail with clients and only pursed with informed consent.
Flexible Payment Options: We work with families to ensure they receive the care they need, including individualized payment plans as needed.
